This is a page i made for my OC world/story I call Bloodstone or Blood&Stone. Here I plan to collect all the information about the characters, world, and art in one place as I work on it.
Bloostone is a story that originated from an RP in 2011 that I have been thinking about for the last 10 years.The story features my character Crevice as the protagonist. It also has two main villians Dy and Fallen. These three characters generally are the main focus of most content.

Blood&Stone
♦ Intro ♦
The characters featured in Blood&Stone. They are organized by three main groups; Bloodstone, Fallen's Group and Golddust.
This will be a continuous WIP as more characters are added and fleshed out.

Protagonists
These are members of the Bloodstone group.
Antagonists
These are members of Fallen's Group.
Side Characters
These are a mix of characters from each group, and characters not belonging to any group.
Blood&Stone
Species
♦ Intro ♦
In this world, there are three main humanoid species. Humans, Demons, and Angels. Variations and similarities exist between each species. All species in this world appear with animal ears and tails resembling a cat. It is possible for hybrids to exist as well, but they are rare.
Keep in mind that Demons and Angels in this world are not specifically tied to real life religion.
More specific info on each species:
Humans
Physiology:
- Generally, Humans in this world appear similar to real life. They have a variety of skin tones, body shapes, and hair/eye colors.
- Their cat ears and tails tend to look more like domesticated cats with smaller ears and shorter tails. They also have sharp canine teeth.
- Humans can have a variety of different hair colors. Most have natural colors like black, brown, white etc but occasionally brighter colors such as blue or red, or a mix of multiple colors though these are more uncommon.
- Some humans have unique markings on their skin such as spots or stripes. Crevice for example has a pure white diamond on his forehead.
- They live an average lifespan similar to humans in real life, maybe slightly longer in some cases.Fashion:
- Techwear and streetwear inspired clothing is common for humans in this world.Names:
- Human names in this world vary like they do in real life. Many have names that describe how they look in some way. Names describing personalities are also common.
- Humans don’t have last names, unless they create their own family/group unit and adopt one this way.

Demons
Physiology:
- When in the Human world, Demons appear very similar to them with a variety of skin tones, body shapes, and hair/eye colors.
- Demon's commonly have red or black hair, they never have white hair.
- Their cat ears are long and feathery and their tails are long and thin with fluffy tips. They also have sharp canine teeth.
- Demons have black sclera and brightly colored eyes of red or sometimes white.
- Powerful demons can have horns, longer/more horns = more power.
- Most demons have some kind of element associated with them.
- Ancient demons appear in a "beastial" form that looks between a wolf and a snake. These are very rare.
- Demon’s bodies are not made up the same way a human’s is. They appear to function more or less the same (they eat, sleep, bleed etc) but aren’t alive in the same sense.
- Demons have pawed feet.
- Demons can’t be truly killed, but their Human world bodies can be destroyed. This makes them unable to harness enough power to manifest outside the Demon world.
- Demons may have powers that make them stronger than a Human. These vary depending on the Demon. (Increased strength/speed, or shapeshifting for example.)
- High ranking demons are able to make “contracts” with other Demons, Humans, or sometimes Angels. This happens when a demon marks their contract with a “symbol” which is a brand associated with them. This brand will give the contract a fraction of the Demon’s power - but for a price. It can appear on any part of the body and looks like a deeply scarred tattoo. Most contracts will cover this mark to hide that they’ve associated with a demon.
- Demons live varying lifespans, some being thousands of years old.Fashion:
- Demons dress similarly to Humans when living in their world.
- When in the Demon world, they wear simple black clothing that is easy to move around in. Some demons wear this in he Human world too, but they will stand out this way.Names:
- Demon names are always two words. They generally describe the demon in some way related to their symbol or what they are. Some examples of this are: Midnight’s Shadow, Sacred Ashes, Dying Wishes.
- Many go by nicknames in the human world.

Angels
Physiology:
- Angels do not have humanoid forms by default. when in their own world they are always in a "beastial" form. These are pure white and look something like a wolf mixed with a dragon or a snake.
- They have long feathered ears which are placed on the sides of their heads, and long thin tails with fluffy tips.
- Angel’s hair and tails are always pure white. Many have long flowing hairstyles. Their eyes can range in color, but are very dull and almost glassy. They have white pupils.
- Angels have large white feathered wings.
- Angels have pawed feet.
- If an Angel “falls” into the Human world, they will obtain markings on their hair and tails making them appear closer to a demon. Their wings also become “broken” and can no longer be used. If they make a contract with a Demon, they eventually look indistinguishable from one themselves aside from their pupils retaining a pale color.
- Angels are immortal as long as they stay within their own realm.
- Angel's humanoid forms require a lot of energy to maintain.Fashion:
- Angels do not wear clothing while in their own realm, but are aware of the concept of clothing.Names:
- Angels do not have their own names, though they can sometimes be given a title of sorts by other Angels close to them. If they fall into the Human world, generally a name is given to them by outside sources.

Hybrids
Hybrids are extremely rare, to the point most do not know of their existence.
Demon/Human are the most common type of hybrid.
A half-demon will appear to have a mix of human and demon traits and appearances. Sometimes they will have powers as well.
It is possible for a human to become a hybrid if they make a contract with a powerful enough demon for a long period of time.
Oddly, a hybrid-turned human will have black feathered wings which are NOT a trait demons possess.
It is unknown if human/angel or angel/demon hybrids exist.
Blood&Stone
World
♦ Intro ♦
This world consists of three “realms” where each species lives. The Human World, the Demon Realm, and the Angel Realm. They are all parallel to each other, existing separately and together at the same time with the Human World tying all three together.
Most Humans are unaware of the other two realms, but Demons and Angels know of the existance of all three.
When speaking of what ties all the realms together (and apart), the term "veil" is used.
Each realm has it's own unique appearance and aesthetics, with the Demon realm and Human realm having the most similarities.
Human World
Environment
A post apocolyptic world, it is generally similar to real life Earth. The story takes place sometime after an unspecified event ended life as it had been known, and humans have more or less rebuilt it to be habitable.
Things like electricity and modern tech exists, with a mix of futuristic tech as well.
While infrastructure is a mix of old and new, all of the world is covered in rich plant life. (think like eco city concepts)
Generally there are bigger cities and living areas seperated by forested areas with paths to travel between them.
The Pintrest board is a good place to look for a ideas on what the world might look like.
Culture
Rather then have typical family structures, Humans tend to form groups or found families. This is why they do not have last names, but instead use the group's name. This is similar to something like mafia families, but are not usually crime based. (but they can be)
Example: Crevice is a member of the "Bloodstone" group, so his full name would be Crevice Bloodstone.
Groups can also be created for a specific purpose. This is generally how people make a living in the world. "Normal" jobs and such exist as well too though.
While people live in a more communal way compared to the pre apocalyptic world, crime still exists. It's not uncommon for things like murder or arson to occur. Demons also cause more damage to the Human world then they had in the past, but this is unknown to most people.
Demon Realm
Environment
A pre-apocolyptic world, the Demon realm looks similar to modern big cities.
It is always night here, lit up by many neon signs and lights. There is also a large red moon in the sky that goes through the same phases as the Human world. It is almost always raining or overcast.
Throughout the cities, there are areas with old stone buildings and cemeteries. The world is scattered with broken and worn angelic statues hinting that it's been around for a very long time.
Outside of the main cities, there is an expansive wasteland. Most demons won't step foot there due to the many rumors surrounding it.
The Pintrest board is a good place to look for a ideas on what the world might look like.
Culture
A demon's place in society generally depends on how powerful they are. The most powerful demons make up the upper class and decide rules. As a result, there is always a power struggle with lower class demons.
High ranking demons amass power by creating contracts with lower ranking demons. There are of course risks doing this so some turn to humans. Lower ranking demons can sometimes make contracts as well.
Human/Demon hybrids also exist in this world as outcasts and often turn to crime to survive. Many demons also live in the human world, usually working as a contract but not always.
Demons aren't all necessarily evil. Many live normal lives and do their best to get by like anyone else.
Angel Realm
Environment
Not much is known about the Angel realm. Demons are aware of it, but none have been there.
WIP
Culture
A seemingly peaceful world, but it has a rigid way of life. This isn't enforced, but is the expected way to live.
Angels are quite powerful and are able to interact with the Human world and watch over it.
If an angel "falls" into the Human world they will no longer be able to return.
